Finding Balance

The plan is simple and sustainable - Equal parts breakdown, recovery, and nutrition. 3-4 days a week dedicated to resistance training and core exercises. 3 days a week of therapeutic recovery and low impact cardio. ALL balanced out with proper nutrition to fuel and repair.
